Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with High Desert Hats. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window
  • 30 days: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item.

Shipping Costs
  • Customer responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Compensation
  • Store credit: Returns are processed as store credit only.
  • Immediate issuance: Store credit is issued as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • No cash refunds: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Condition of Items
  • Unused: Hats must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How to Return
  1. Email us at highdeserthatsaz@gmail.com to initiate your return.
  2. Package your hat securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the package using your preferred mail carrier.
  4. Receive your store credit via email once the item arrives at our facility.
