Return Window
- 30 days: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item.
Shipping Costs
- Customer responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Compensation
- Store credit: Returns are processed as store credit only.
- Immediate issuance: Store credit is issued as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item.
- No cash refunds: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Condition of Items
- Unused: Hats must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to Return

- Package your hat securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package using your preferred mail carrier.
- Receive your store credit via email once the item arrives at our facility.
