  • Processing time: Orders take 1 to 3 business days to package and ship.
  • Business days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Tracking email: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your label is printed.

Delivery Timelines

  • Delays: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Shipment Inspection & Damages
  • Hat care: We ship all hats in sturdy boxes to preserve their shape.
  • Damage claims: Inspect your hat immediately upon arrival.
  • Report issues: Email us at highdeserthatsaz@gmail.com within 48 hours if your package arrives damaged.

Undeliverable Packages
  • Address accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Return to sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you must pay for re-shipping.
